The Institute Difference

1. Every course is pilot tested by licensed massage professionals who go through the course material, complete the exam, tell us the number of hours it took them to complete the course and provide feedback. Once all this is reviewed and course updated based on feedback, the course is released to you. Rest assured by the time you see a course, it has been reviewed by your peers for content and that you are getting the hours of material you are promised. If the course doesn't meet their standards, the course is not offered.
2. #1 rated Support - Our massage therapist support team is available Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm (with a short break from 12:30p to 1:00p because people need to eat) to answer your questions. They can assist you with information about your Board's requirements, course recommendations, questions if you're having trouble on a course, transcripts, or obtaining a certificate for a course you took in 1999... that's right; we keep everything. If you email us or leave us a message during 9-5, we will get back to you that same day, otherwise on the next business day.
3. We read the state laws, contact the Boards and regularly verify the various Board's continuing education license renewal requirements. We take these efforts so that we can provide you with the most accurate information and steer you in the right direction for your massage CE requirements.
