Bennett Richardson, PT, DPT, CSCS

Bennett is a licensed physical therapist, personal trainer, weight loss coach, business owner and writer. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Slippery Rock University. Before that, he completed a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Gerontology. He maintains a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Having published one book already, he is hard at work on his second, and hopes to publish by the end of 2021. In his physical therapy practice, he uses manual therapy, including massage techniques frequently. Bennett owns his own mobile physical therapy clinic, Richardson PT, where he literally meets clients where they are: in home, in their gym, at the park, wherever.

Leslie L. DeMatteo, LMT, MS, has been an active massage therapist since 1998, after graduating from the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy in Sarasota, FL.
